NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at 5:00 p.m., in the Legislative Chambers, County Office Building, 11 New Hempstead Road, New City, New York 10956, to fix and determine the rates, rentals, fees or other charges for the availability and use of the facilities and services of the Authority for 2008.  At such time and place, all interested persons shall be given full opportunity to participate and be heard concerning such rates, rentals, fees or other charges.  The Authority will hold its regular meeting at the same place and time, at which other matters shall be considered.  Copies of the agenda can be obtained from the Authority’s offices by calling Suzanne Haggerty at (845) 753-2200.
